RECOMMENDED DEEP HEALING TREATMENT:
1. Use the herbal soak 1-2 times daily for sprains, strains, breaks, fractures, muscle or bone pain. For best results, soak for 30 minutes
2. Roll on Deep Healing Oil and Comfrey Oil every few hours or as often as desired - for bruising, swelling, inflammation, pain relief, healing.
3. Apply salves over oils. You can use them back and forth, or together!
